About Zeller Fayencerie – Petit Rose – Cake Plate
The Zell Faience factory was founded in 1794 by Josef Anton Burger in Zell am Harmesbach. The Zell ceramics became very well known when the chief painter Karl Schoner developed the ‘Rooster and Hen’ motif.
The Petit Rose pattern depicts hand painted colourful roses on a white background
