About Johnson Bros – Indies – Gravy Boat
The British tableware manufacturer Johnson Brothers was founded in 1883. They were a part of the Wedgwood Group from 1968 to 2015. After Fiskars acquired the Wedgwood Group in 2015 the production of Johnson Brothers was discontinued.
Johnson Brothers was noted for its early introduction of semi-porcelain and the high quality of their designs, made by skilled artists.
Indies was in production between 1974 and 2009. The Indies pattern was made in the colors black, blue, brown, green, pink and blue.
The Indies series features an elegant blue and white pattern with beautiful flowers and birds and it has a swirled rim. The line is suitable for a formal dinner party and for every day use.
All Indies is dishwasher proof unless it has crazing.
