A rare and very nice early English porcelain pot made by Caughley. The pot is made of white porcelain and decorated with a transferware pattern reminiscent of the famous ‘Willow Pattern’.

Caughley, also known as Salopian made fine porcelain between 1775 and 1799 near Broseley in Shropshire. This pot is a typical example of the high quality wares that Caughley was known for in its day.

The item measures 8.5cm in height.

The pot is in perfect condition.
